Due to the frozen nature of our products, we will assess returns on a case by case basis. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, please send a photo and a brief explanation of what you’re unsatisfied about regarding your order to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will contact you about further action.

Paid shipping methods include FedEx Overnight and FedEx Express 2-Day. Rates vary based on locale.
Where do we ship?
We ship domestically to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Our beef ships frozen and packed on dry-ice. Please handle with caution when removing from shipping packages and thaw before cooking.
