Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it’s been placed. For inquiries, concerns, or adjustments to your order, please contact us by phone. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week.

Return Policy

Due to the frozen nature of our products, we will assess returns on a case by case basis. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, please send a photo and a brief explanation of what you’re unsatisfied about regarding your order to roseda@roseda.com, and we will contact you about further action.

Paid shipping methods include FedEx Overnight and FedEx Express 2-Day. Rates vary based on locale.

Where do we ship?
We ship domestically to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Frozen Items
Our beef ships frozen and packed on dry-ice. Please handle with caution when removing from shipping packages and thaw before cooking.
