4-6 servings

  • 1 lb cooked Roseda Chuck roast
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • ½ cup meat stock – from the cooking pan
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Cook chuck roast in a Dutch oven or cooking bag at 350 degrees fahrenheit, or in a crock pot until well done. This process usually takes around 3 hours. Shred the beef and mix all the above ingredients well. Simmer over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Best served on buns. You can make this recipe ahead of time, and warm it up later in a crock pot.
