• 4 lbs. Roseda Top Round, Bottom Round, Eye of Round, Rump or Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 2 tbsp. Paprika
  • 2 tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Salt


Preheat gas grill. Mix paprika, black pepper, and salt together. Pat mixture on the roast. Place roast on the gas grill. We usually have the two outside burners on low, and the middle burner off. We then place the roast right in the center of the grill so there’s no direct heat going onto the beef. Cook for 1 hour or until your meat thermometer reads 120 degrees (rare). Roast will continue to cook after you remove from the grill. Slice really thin. His makes for wonderful pit beef sandwiches. This also works for larger roasts, but takes more time.
