Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup. celery
  • ½ cup sweet pickles
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

Cook macaroni until tender and set aside to cool. Boil eggs and let cool. Chop onion, celery, pickles, cheese, and eggs into small pieces. Add to cooled macaroni and chopped eggs. For the dressing, mix miracle whip mustard, sugar, milk, and salt together. Combine this mixture with the macaroni salad, and refrigerate for 6 hours before serving. Serves 8 to 10 people.
