Start by thawing out a pack of our Signature Dry-Aged Burgers.

  1. When the burgers have fully thawed, leave them out for an additional 20 minutes to rest, which will bring out the full flavor in your final cook.
  2. Thinly coat each side of the burger(s) in extra virgin olive oil and a layer of salt and pepper (or burger seasoning if you’d like).
  3. Heat grill to at least 400 or 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Once grill has reached temperature, grill for two minutes on each side, then again for one and a half minutes on each side. Check the cook after each set of flips.

This process should get you a perfectly cooked medium rare burger!

Ed’s favorite way to enjoy a Roseda burger to amplify the natural dry-aged taste–no bun, plain, yellow mustard, and sliced bread & butter pickles on top. These flavor combinations enhance the tenderness of the beef, but don’t smother it!
