Start by thawing out a pack of our Signature Dry-Aged Burgers.
- When the burgers have fully thawed, leave them out for an additional 20 minutes to rest, which will bring out the full flavor in your final cook.
- Thinly coat each side of the burger(s) in extra virgin olive oil and a layer of salt and pepper (or burger seasoning if you’d like).
- Heat grill to at least 400 or 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once grill has reached temperature, grill for two minutes on each side, then again for one and a half minutes on each side. Check the cook after each set of flips.
This process should get you a perfectly cooked medium rare burger!
Ed’s favorite way to enjoy a Roseda burger to amplify the natural dry-aged taste–no bun, plain, yellow mustard, and sliced bread & butter pickles on top. These flavor combinations enhance the tenderness of the beef, but don’t smother it!
