Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 can tomato paste (6oz)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 lbs Roseda short ribs
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Yellow mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. Salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot. Add Roseda short ribs and stir. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours until tender. Enjoy!
